Our products ship from warehouses in the United States, Canada, Australia, and China. Delivery periods are two to fourteen days. Most items are delivered within five days.
We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If the item is on backorder, we will contact you to issue a refund or to get your authorization to wait until the item comes in.
Inspect Your Package
If you see shipping damage on your package, please photograph the damage and contact us using the contact page. We will work with you to make it right and ensure you get an undamaged item.
If you cancel the order before it goes to shipping, we will cancel the order and refund your charge. Otherwise, cancellations are handled as returns. Please refer to the Refund, Return, and Exchange Policies to cancel your order.
