Trial Periods

We offer returns to give you peace of mind when trying this new form of therapy. Keep your device’s packaging and all parts. If you return a device, it must be clean, intact, and complete. Otherwise, we will reject the return and not issue a refund. The return period is not an insurance policy against user damage.

Return Period

Find your product below to determine the return window. The return period starts the day the item is delivered to your shipping address.

  • Suzyeko Photobiomodulation Helmet: 30 Days
  • Usuie products: 30 days
  • Vielight Neuro and X-Plus: 180 days

Refund Amount

The refund amount depends on the product according to the list below:

  • Suyzeko Photobiomodulation Helmet: 100%
  • Vielight Neuro or X-Plus: 80%

Save Your Packaging and All Device Parts

The returned item must be intact and clean. The return package must include all parts that came with the device. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for user-damaged devices. The return policy is your protection that you are buying a device will help you. It is not an insurance policy against damage.

Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless we instruct you otherwise. We sometimes pay return shipping at our discretion. We strongy suggest you purchase delivery insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns or those damged in transit.

How to Make a Return

Use the Regenerlight contact form to request a return. We will send you instructions.

Refund Method

We will inspect your return. So long as it is intact, clean, and complete, we will notify you that we are processing your return. We will credit the method you used to pay for your device. If the item is not intact, clean, or complete, we will contact you about our finding, and reject the return.

If you need to exchange a product, return your current item and buy the one you want. Thank you for understanding.
